How is the Kangaroo Tee supposed to fit?

It should fit close to your body, like a fitted athletic shirt, not a loose tee. That snug fit is what keeps your newborn secure in the pouch.

What if I am between sizes?

The tee runs small and is meant to be fitted, so we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes.

How long can I use it?

It's designed for the newborn months, while your baby fits snugly and upright in the pouch with their face always visible. Once your baby no longer fits comfortably, it's time to move to a larger carrier.

Can I walk around with both hands free?

No. Always keep at least one arm around your baby while they're in the tee. It's made for skin-to-skin bonding, not for hands-free activities.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors and hang to dry.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within the USA only. Orders are delivered in 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more, and $4.99 on orders under $60.
