Every Nuvora Baby order is packed with care and sent to you as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying those skin-to-skin moments sooner.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $60 or more: FREE shipping
- Orders under $60: $4.99 flat rate
Delivery time
Orders are delivered in 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at nuvorababy@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us at nuvorababy@gmail.com and we will help you make it right.
